Free shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no exceptions.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–16 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–18 business days
- Rest of world: 14–21 business days
Note: If you ordered the Glow-Up Ritual Set, your items ship in two separate packages from our supplier network. Both are dispatched at the same time and typically arrive within the same window. You'll receive a tracking number for each package.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Return shipping is free for domestic (US & CA) orders
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a photo and we will send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the item
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
