We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is free for domestic orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost — just send us a photo.
Yes. Every stone is genuine natural rose quartz — not resin, not dyed glass, not synthetic imitation. Because they're natural, each stone has a slightly unique pattern and color. That variation is part of what makes it real.
Our Organic Rosehip Ritual Oil is cold-pressed from pure rosehip seeds (Rosa canina). It contains no artificial fragrance, no synthetic additives, and no fillers. The full ingredient list is on the product page.
Yes. Rose quartz is one of the gentlest materials for facial massage. The rosehip oil is non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) and free of fragrances that commonly irritate sensitive skin. As with any new skincare product, we recommend a small patch test on your inner wrist before first use.
